This policy explains the storage of and access to information on a device under applicable Spanish law. Smart One-Mile currently uses no analytics, advertising or profiling cookies and does not share browsing identifiers with advertising networks.
The website uses browser local storage to remember preferences expressly selected by the user. These preferences retain the selected language and shopping market between visits.

The hosting provider may use mechanisms that are strictly necessary to deliver the site, maintain security or prevent abuse. Smart One-Mile does not use them for advertising or commercial tracking.
3. Why there is no consent banner
The preferences described above provide functionality requested by the user and are not used for tracking, advertising or audience measurement. The current configuration therefore does not request consent through a banner.
If analytics, advertising or any non-essential technology is added in the future, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested before activation whenever required.
4. How to remove preferences
You can delete these preferences through your browser’s privacy or site-data settings. You can also use private browsing or configure your browser to remove local data when the session ends. Smart One-Mile will then return to its default settings.
